OUR PROGRAMS
PRESCHOOL ADVENTURES
In Preschool Adventures your child will experience a creative and fun environment that fosters confidence and self-growth at a young age. Each day your child will enjoy a themed-based curriculum, that will supplement your child's preschool program. This includes movement-based activities like yoga, ninja, and gymnastics, as well as art and STEM projects. We also incorporate sensory, number, and letter play.
BABYNASTICS
Our Babynastics baby gymnastics program is driven by proactive play, to help guide parents and their children in navigating social, emotional, and physical milestones. This program will include quarterly guest visits from professionals in child development, to discuss various infant/toddler development topics such as walking, language acquisition, and motor skill development, just to name a few. Your child's overall growth is our goal.
ONCE UPON A TUMBLE
Once Upon A Tumble classes employ gymnastics for toddlers and ninja activities as vehicles to help your little one’s social, emotional, and motor skill development. Imagination play and movement serve as primary tools to accomplish these achievements. Our adventures will include a balance of literature, movement-based songs, and sensory games, fueled by your child's imagination.
WONDER GIRLS
Wonder Girls is more than a gymnastics class—it’s the first step on an exciting journey toward our On Point competitive program. Designed for girls starting at age 4, this progressive program builds strong gymnastics fundamentals while developing confidence, strength, discipline, and a love for the sport in a fun, encouraging environment. Plus, coming soon, athletes will have the option to purchase an exclusive Wonder Girls custom leotard to show off their team spirit.
NINJA TRICKING & FLIPPING
Eager for your child to learn flips safely? Our Flipping and Tricking program is the answer! Combining gymnastics and parkour, we focus on mastering front and back flips and intricate body movements. This program builds confidence, discipline, and focus, and is much safer than flipping on your couch. We hope to inspire a lifelong love of movement, supporting your child's social and emotional development.
TUMBLING
These cheer tumbling classes are for the athlete who has big dreams of joining their high school cheer team. Or maybe your child is already a cheerleader and they would like to improve and increase their abilities. These classes will focus on keeping your child safe and healthy by always putting the importance of proper progressions first.

Athletic Adventures endeavors to provide our athletes with a training environment that promotes a high sense of self worth and confidence. We intend to do this by pursuing continuous education for our staff so that they may support your child both physically, socially, and emotionally, providing a positive mindset environment, and ensuring that we promote a progressive community focusing on our athletes’ wellbeing and growth.
