Tumbling Basics 1A (ages 5.5+ and teens) meets 45 minutes weekly and lays the groundwork for a successful back handspring — handstands, cartwheels, rolls, bridges, and back bend kickovers. Levels 1B–2B (ages 7+ and teens) build into handstand forward rolls, back and front walkovers, Valdez, power hurdle round offs, and the round off back handspring.
Levels 3–6 push into standing back handspring series, round off back tucks, punch fronts, layouts, and full twisting layouts. Basics is the prerequisite for every level above it.
