To build a strong case, an athlete’s complaint should clearly describe the facts of the case: who is responsible for the decision (the governing body), which competitions are affected, what the athlete is seeking, and who else might be affected by the outcome.
To succeed in a team selection dispute, athletes must clearly set out the facts: which governing body made the decision, what competition is at stake, how the criteria were misapplied, and what remedy they are seeking. Selection policies may rely on objective standards (such as rankings or trial results), discretionary judgments (such as team fit or overall performance), or a combination of both. We help athletes navigate this process, ensuring that criteria are applied transparently and consistently.
